THE NOOK BOOK
Summary
Many neurodivergent people struggle with keeping track of their important tasks or papers. This often hinders their ability to perform their tasks on the most efficient schedule, as well as causing them to forget a lot of important documents or lose track of them when they are not properly stored. This is often an issue that some of us have personally struggled with, which is why we wanted to figure out a common issue that is also strongly associated with the struggles of those with cognitive disabilities.
Problems
One of the most common problems that people face is the challenge of time management. This issue can arise due to a variety of reasons, such as overwhelming workloads, poor prioritization, or a lack of organizational skills. However, there are several strategies that can help individuals improve their time management skills and overcome this obstacle.
Organizational skills, that work hand in hand with time management, causes many problems for neurodivergent people. They often find themselves struggling to find the proper objects that they are looking for when they leave their field of vision. This can cause issues with remembering worksheets from work or school, as well as remembering where they have put their glasses or keys.
